VENTO DI MARE

The name comes from the Italian expression meaning wind of the sea. It reflects the project's main idea of movement and fluidity, inspired by the continuous relationship between wind, water and the Mediterranean coast.

Vento di Mare is a collaborative yacht design project developed by interior architecture and industrial design students. The project was approached as a complete design process, including both the exterior form of the yacht and its interior spaces. By combining different design disciplines, it creates a coherent relationship between the yacht's overall form, spatial experience and life at sea.

Smooth, streamlined bodies and effortless movement through water influenced the soft, curved and continuous design language. Exterior elements, such as the dorsal fin like form and shaped glass openings, reinterpret characteristics of the dolphin in a more abstract way. This organic approach continues inside through rounded transitions, flowing lines and natural textures, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere.
